TAMTAM has distributed more than 20,000 bed nets in Kenya, Malawi, and Uganda.

TAMTAM’s bed distribution methods have successfully protected mothers and their children from malaria while encouraging participation in preventative health care. These methods have been integrated into the malaria policies of Kenya and the United Kingdom.

We continue to raise funds to buy more bed nets while working to develop strong partnerships in Africa to most effectively distribute these nets. In the summer of 2009, a team of TAMTAM volunteers and staff will be based in Kampala, Uganda to further develop our presence and distribution to Uganda’s underserved population.
